Hunter education is not one universal rule
A state may tie education to purchase, field use, a birth-date threshold, age, or a particular hunt—and may offer a supervised apprentice path.
What the checker distinguishes
Certification, first-time status, accepted prior-state training, apprentice or mentor options, accompaniment, and state-specific exceptions are separate fields. If the reviewed data cannot establish which applies, the answer is withheld.
Bring proof, not personal data
This site never asks for or stores a certificate number, hunter ID, date of birth, or uploaded document. Use the official state education link to confirm accepted proof.
